Interior Design Services - Residential, Airbnb, Display Homes
Are you ready to make over a space in your home but have no idea where to start? Or do you have some ideas but aren't sure how to create an overall look? I'm here to help! I offer a range of options for all budgets whether you are just needing a little help or a whole room concept and design. My qualifications include a Diploma of Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute and I have also taken part in Reno School by Three Birds Renovations. Now offering a full deisign service for Airbnb and Display Homes.
Interior Package 1 - $150 - Finishing Touches
Do you already have your main furnishings but are just looking for a few items to complete the look? Select 3 items only that you need help with (cushion combinations, lamp, artwork) and I can help find some pieces that will complement your style in the space. Please send me photos of the space, measurements and floor plans of the room as well as any inspo images and your budget. You will receive a mood board with the suggested items and a shopping list so that you can purchase the items in your own time.
Includes 2 rounds of changes only.
Interior Package 2 - $300-$400 - Full Room Concept
If you have just moved into a new home, finished renovating or just want a refresh, this is the package for you.
Once I receive your photos, measurements, floor plans, inspo images and completed questionnaire about the space, I will set to work to create a fresh new look for your home. You will receive a mood board of the space, a floor plan explaining where everything will go and a shopping list for you to purchase the items in your own time. Whether you choose to use all of the items or just use the design as inspiration for the space is totally up to you. This package includes two rounds of changes only, additional changes will incur a fee. If you would like me to arrange installation and styling of the pieces this can be done at an additional charge.

Airbnb Design Service:
I'm excited to bring a new service to you which caters to the high demand in stylish and modern Airbnb accomodation. If you are looking to stand at from the rest and offer your customers a stay they won't forget, this is the service for you. Whether it's a partial instal or a whole room refresh you are after let me make your accommodation shine and create a memorable stay for your guests. After viewing the space, (or viewing photo's of the space, measurements, floor plans and inspo images) I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire about your interior style and vision for your property. From there I will provide you with a quote for the space that reflects the size and scope of work. I will then work to create a personalised design concept and send you a mood board, a floor plan explaining where everything will go and a shopping list for the suggested items. If you like I can arrange install and style everything to get your accommodation looking perfect for yourself or photographer to capture new images of the space (I really recommend getting a professional photographer).
Room concepts include 2 round of changes only, additional changes will incur and extra cost.
Display Home Service:
Similar to the Airbnb I offer a full deign service for Display Homes and will work closely alongside with the Builder to achieve a high end look that reflects the property's style. I aim to create a feeling and a narritive in the space to draw in prospective buyers so that they can imagine themselves living in the home. Once I have received a details brief and budget for the space I will create a design concept, floor plans and arrange installation and styling of the space and ensure an seamless experience from start to finish.
